Dip Dyed Cardigan

I took a plain, mint-colored cardigan and dipped it in green dye.  My plan was to make an ombre effect but a sick baby side-tracked me and it ended up just sitting in a bucket of dye for an hour.  I ended up with a distinct line that curves across the sweater.  I wouldn't mind the colors except I find the curve (particularly on the back) really awkward.  I'm scared to dye it more and increase the problem, but I don't want to wear it like this.
